GROUP SALES POLICIES
•When reserving group tickets, a group sales contract will be issued. The group sales department will provide the best seating allocations in the corresponding price level available at the time of order. Any special seating requests should be brought to the group sales department’s attention at the time of purchase.
•A signed copy of the contract must be received by the group sales department within ten business days of the issue date to secure the reservation, along with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
•Group ticket prices include applicable discounts when available, a $3 facility maintenance fee and a $2 group handling fee.
•Due to the nature of theatrical bookings, prices, dates, shows, artists and times are subject to change or cancel without notice.
•The due dates and deposit amounts may vary depending on the show and are stated on your contract. Typically, final payments are due approximately four weeks prior to the show. Failure to submit the deposit or final payment by the date on the contract will result in releasing your seats.
•A group leader can request additional seats depending on availability. If seats are requested before full payment is made, they may be added to the original contract. An updated contract will be issued and an additional deposit amount may be required.•Additional seats requested after final payment will be sold at the discretion of the group sales department. Seats may not be available near the group’s original seating area and we will do our best to get them as close to the original block as possible.
•Before the final payment is made, groups may reduce their number of seats as long as the number remains above the group minimum. Once final payment has been received; all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges or cancellations can be made.
•If cancellation is necessary before the deposit has been paid, there is no cancellation charge. Group minimums must be met. If a group should fall below the minimum group number for a particular show, the contract is cancelled and the deposit is retained.
•Invitations or flyers created using logos require show approval. Please submit to the group sales department before distributing.
•Posters, flyers, cd samplers, study guides, videos or artwork may be available.
•Payment may be made by cash, check or charge (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). A $30 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
•Payment must be made via one method, i.e. one check made payable to the Fox Cities P.A.C. or one credit card number. Tickets are mailed to the address on file upon receipt of final payment.
•If coming by bus, drop off passengers on College Avenue in the loading/unloading zone in front of the Center. Special arrangements have been made for your bus to park in the Outagamie County Courthouse parking lot after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. Group leaders will be notified if there are special events occurring in downtown Appleton that would affect the normal bus parking situation.
•If coming by car, ample parking is available in nearby public parking structures or on city streets. Free parking is available starting one hour prior to the show in the Division Street parking ramp. Valet parking is available for a nominal fee. Vehicles displaying a handicap accessible sticker receive complimentary valet parking.
•The lobby opens one hour prior to show time. Ushers begin seating guests approximately one half-hour prior to curtain.
•Group leaders accept full responsibility for the tickets and ticket distribution. Leaders are encouraged to fill out and return a seating assignment form two weeks before the performance. For lost or misplaced tickets, there is a replacement charge.
•Tickets purchased through the group sales department are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy.
•Regardless of age, all guests must have a ticket to enter.
•We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration and safety of others, we can not admit babies in arms. It is recommended that children under the age of five attend our designated family programming.
