As President of the Center Susan has the pleasure of overseeing the entire operation with specific responsibility for staff growth and development, leadership of our board of directors, active participation in fundraising and working with artist management from around the world to select the artists who are presented by us as part of our Boldt Arts Alive! series. She also works closely with our Broadway presenting partner, Live Nation, in building our M & I Bank — Broadway Across America series.

| FINANCE AND OPERATIONS |
Laura is responsible for leading the finance, information technology,
administrative, front of house, physical plant and theatrical production
teams.

Danielle is responsible for the special event coordination of all internal and rental client events that take place in the Kimberly Clark Theater, Founders Room, Dress Cirlcle Lobby, and Main Lobby. Danielle also manages the Center's linen useage and set up and tear down team.

Mark manages the overall Food and Beverage operation including concessions stations, valet service and our approved caterers.
|
Peter supervises the set-up of sound systems, stage lighting and theatrical equipment to meet event requirements and also
advances and coordinates all stage productions.

Tammy is responsible for the overall direction of the FOH team including audience services, food and beverage and the coordination of any special events including weddings, meetings, internal events and receptions.

Deb manages human resources and general accounting functions including settlements, invoicing, payroll, sales tax and month end reporting.

Gerald oversees all production related activities that take place in Thrivent
Financial Hall and the technical aspects of the Kimberly Clark Theater.
He is also involved in booking of commercial product.

Polly manages the calendar and can help you find an available
date for your event and answer questions about
hosting your event at the Center.

Steve is in charge of recruiting and training new volunteers to
staff the Center, as well as staffing of the House Managers and Floor
Managers.

Ashley manages the day to day operations of the executive office including scheduling of meetings, travel and maintaining the budget as well as a wide variety of tasks for the administrative office.

Dave is responsible for complex maintenance and technical work repairing building systems, including electrical systems, HVAC systems, ice machines and other equipment common to the operations and maintenance of the Center.

Stephanie directs all phone calls and guests to the appropriate departments, as well as assists all departments with various projects.

Jamey supports the Center's information technology and phone systems and maintains and supports corporate servers and networks.

Phil is responsible for performing general maintenance duties and minor technical tasks required to maintain the structures, equipment and grounds.

Tanya provides support to accounts payable, account receivable, sales, cash deposits and payroll processes.

Maria is responsible for overseeing all community engagement and learning, marketing and ticket sales activities for the Center.

Ryan is responsible for the overall ticket sales operations and management of multiple ticket sales campaigns for the Center.

Tara is responsible for the development of Center marketing plans and strategies
including advertising placement and promotional activities. She also oversees
the Center's public relations efforts.

Katie is responsible for managing the ticket office and staff
during ticket office hours. She also oversees subscription and single ticket sales and preparation for Center hosted, ticket events.

Amy is responsible for programming the Boldt Arts Alive! and Thrivent Financial
for Lutherans Foundation Education series and creating community engagement and
education opportunities.

Maggie assists in the implementation of marketing plans and strategies for the Boldt Arts Alive! and Broadway series and also manages the marketing internship program and the Street Team.

Erin is responsible for managing the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Foundation Education series and coordinating community engagement activities.

Sherry manages all education and group sales.

Kristin is responsible for designing publications and e-mail campaigns, website design and maintenance, managing the image library and our creative vision.

the contact person for media requests.

Chad is responsible for overseeing all fundraising activities for the Center including the Annual Partners program and the Future Fund campaign.

Cindy is responsible for the development and implementation of the Annual Partners campaign, business sponsorships and other special funding opportunities.

Carissa is responsible for administering Annual Partner benefits.

Kari is responsible for assisting with the Center's Annual Partner program and grant writing initiatives.
