TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

As a nonprofit organization, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center proudly gives back to the community. Through its ticket donation program, the Center annually distributes over 300 tickets for Boldt Arts Alive! Series* performances to other local nonprofit organizations for use in their fundraising and community events.

If you are interested in requesting a ticket donation, please read the guidelines below before completing an application.

Donation Request Guidelines

Please note that due to the large number of donation requests, the following guidelines have been established to help facilitate the review process. The Center's communitiy support committee will review all submitted requests, but please understand that not all requests can be fulfilled. Priority will be given to the applications that meet the following criteria:
  • Requesting organizations that are legally incorporated as a nonprofit organization with IRS 501(c)(3) status or a unit of state, local or tribal government.
  • Events that are open to and encourage public participation.
  • Organizations or events located in the Fox Cities, greater Green Bay and Oshkosh areas that support education, arts, culture, youth and wellness initiatives.

Application Process

  • Requests must be made through the online application form and submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event.
  • Donations are subject to ticket availability and the Center's performance schedule*.
  • Approved ticket requests must be picked up in person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's administration office at 400 West College Avenue, Appleton, Wisconsin by the requesting organization before the event date.
  • Organizations may be awarded tickets up to two times a year (fiscal year July 1 - June 30).

Examples of requests that will not be considered include

  • Donations benefiting individuals.
  • Events held exclusively for employees/members.
  • Donations that will be used as door prizes.

*Please note that due to contractual obligations the Center is unable to donate tickets to select performances, including Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America - Fox Cities performances. Shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice.

WEATHER DISCLAIMER

All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather, and no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance, refunds will be promptly distributed.
