The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center provides many services to audience members with disabilities and special needs. Please read specific information about the services offered by the Fox Cities P.A.C. listed below. The Center’s ticket agents are available to assist you in seat availability and
selection. Please inform your ticket agent of any special need at the time of purchase.

Accessible seating is available on each seating level and price. Transfer seats are available on the Orchestra Level. Tickets for these areas can be purchased through the ticket office and must be requested in advance. |

American Sign Language interpretation is available upon request. In order to provide qualified and appropriately prepared signers, we require signing requests at least two weeks prior to the performance date. You may request this service when ordering tickets. Open captioning service is available for the 2009/10 M&I Bank Broadway – Fox Cities series, open captioning is offered for the Saturday matinee performances of The 101 Dalmatians Musical, RENT, In The Heights, Mamma Mia!, Little House on the Prairie, Legally Blonde the Musical and Fiddler on the Roof.
The open captioned performance features a text display located to the side of the stage that scrolls the dialogue and lyrics synchronization with the performance. The open captioning service is made possible through the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s partnership with Theatre Development Fund and its TDF Accessibility Programs(TAP). TAP has provided open captioning for over 300 productions on and off Broadway and in regional theaters. More information on TAP is available at www.tdf.org

Large print programs are produced upon request. Please request this service at least ten days in advance. Large print menus are available at the Center's concessions areas on all four levels. |

Wheelchair accessible parking spaces are available in the Washington Street ramp. Valet parking is also available for most public ticketed events. There is a fee for valet parking. However, this service is free to persons displaying valid disabled parking license plates or identification cards. Click here for more information about directions and parking. |

The Main entrance and Walnut Street entrance are equipped with automatic doors. |

The Center is equipped with a Sennheiser Infra-Red Sound Enhancement System to amplify stage dialogue and music. Lightweight headsets with induction loop capabilities are available at the information booth. There is no charge however a photo I.D. must be presented at time of use. |

Restrooms are located on the Orchestra, Dress Circle and Grand Tier Levels. A family restroom with changing table is located on the Orchestra Level. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible. |

Elevators are located on the east side of the lobby and service all seating levels. Elevators are also equipped with braille for access by persons with visual impairments. |

Booster seats are available for public ticketed performances at the main and west coat checks in limited quantities. |
