All of these must be turned off at all times. Cameras and recording devices may be confiscated at the discretion of house management. Guests who are expecting emergency calls should leave seat location and cell phones or pages with the information booth attendant.
Guests who are expecting emergency calls may leave seat locations with the information booth attendant. Please leave the information booth number, (920) 730-3710, and your seat location, including section, row and seat number with baby sitters and others who may need to reach you. An usher will notify you in the event of an emergency.
Coat checks are available at the main entrance and the Walnut Street entrance. There is no charge for this service and all gratuities are used to support our volunteer program.
Lost items may be reclaimed at the information booth immediately following the performance. You may also call (920) 730-3782 if you have lost an item.
Restrooms are located on the Orchestra, Dress Circle and Grand Tier Levels. A family restroom with changing table is located on the Orchestra Level. All restrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is entirely smoke free.
There are a number of ATMs located in the downtown area. The closest ATMs are located at Anduzzi's Sports Bar, The Speakeasy Lounge or in the lobby at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel.
We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, we do not allow babies in arms. Children under five will be admitted only to designated family programs. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Booster seats are available at the main and west coat checks.
During the performance, talking, coughing, rustling of paper, and noise from digital watches and other devices disturb performers and members of the audience. To ensure guests and performers enjoy shows free of distractions, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if his or her behavior is disruptive.
